Return Policy

Returns Policy:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you must send it back within 7 days of receiving the item in order to obtain a full refund.
The item must not be worn and still have tags attached.
Sale items, Jewellery, Bikinis, Lingerie, Perfume and sunglasses are not returnable.

Returning an Item?

- Contact us via Text +64274810571 with details of the item,  online order number and name associated with that order. We can help you with your return. 

- Send item back within 7 days of receiving it

- Expect to receive a full refund within 2-3 working days starting from the day your items have reached us.

We unfortunately don’t provide pre-paid return shipping labels, returning an item due to change of mind or wrong size is at the buyers cost. 

 

Faulty Items

In the unfortunate event of purchasing something Faulty please get in touch with us and we can resolve the issue, to ether repair the item, Exchange it or refund the item.
